Today’s IOM & DF 65 winners
Twenty-four sailors decided to ditch the Gold Coast marathon and set sail in Manly instead. What a fantastic day of racing it turned out to be! The brisk South Easterly winds picked up during the morning, creating ideal race conditions.
In the IOM fleet, Mike and Andrew dominated as clear leaders. If your discards were third places, you were definitely holding your own! Meanwhile, the middle of the fleet was neck-and-neck, with only a handful of points separating the competitors.
Over in the DF65 fleet, Russell was on fire, winning five out of the eight races and securing a ten-point lead over Don in second place. A few pics and a part race video below. Thanks to everyone for a great day.
