2025 New Years Trophy and Race 3 of our Summer Handicap Series

We had a fleet of 13 IOMs and 5 DF65s and the day started off with challenging conditions for A rigs on the IOMs and DF65s running A+. After 5 races a break was called and all but one IOM changed down to B rigs an the DFs to A rig. Despite strong blustery conditions, there were only a few incidents and close racing, a lot of which where photo finishes. Well done to all who survived the day. Four boats retired today with broken gear or water ingress. The day finished up with a BBQ (thanks Peter!) and scoring was done by our ever reliable John. Thanks to all the volunteers who help out on the days. Was fun to watch. :)
